Dear Kenneth: Noise abatement is what our ear plug does BEST!!!! Kenneth, IMPORTANT>>> you have to insert our Beeswax ear plugs to where they SEAL the ear canals COMPLETELY!!!!!!!! Please follow these instructions below and you'll "sing us praise" in your next review. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, mouldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and mouldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat , long or narrow; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal ( UNTIL YOU FEEL A (( GOOD SEAL! )) If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals, you'll hear only SILENCE 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Kenneth, we are with you (all the way) until you get this working perfectly for yourself. Dear Jody: OH YES IT WILL !!!!! Jodie, It will block it (( ALL )) out !!!!! Please Note !! >>>Our ear plug must SEAL your ear canals to BLOCK OUT WELL !!!!! Jodie, please please follow these instructions below (EXACTLY) and you'll block it all out. 1.
