I was hoping these ear plugs would keep me from hearing my husbands snoring however, I was disappointed. Even though the ear plugs were used as instructed and sealed good in my ears I was still able to hear the snoring. : ( REPLY: In response to Mary's reply below. The first time I ever used the ear plugs I read the instructions and followed them exactly. They still didn't work.

As I have just said this is the best ear plug I have had up to now, although I can still hear noise even when I have them in or maybe I haven't put them in properly this is my honest opinion

Good little product works as well as any other ear plug I have bought. Probably better as you are able to mould to exact size required. Only used once so far so time will tell how effective they are. I bought the travel set which gave me two sets in a sturdy little case. Gave my son the other set. He still found them hard to sleep with in his ears. Took a bit of time to arrive but they were coming to me in the UK from the States and I think postage was free so can't complain. Overall quite satisfied.

Having tried ear plugs before I was not optimistic but I was going on a trip and knew sleep would be difficult, while travelling, if I didn't find something. A google search revealed "the best earplugs in the world" so, although thoroughly dubious, I was desperate and I ordered some. They were brilliant. I did feel like I was stuffing my ears with plasticine but silence (not quite complete, but I would not have wanted that) descended and importantly when I took them out it all came out in one piece. I have used the same "earplugs" more than 10 times now and they have not lost efficacy yet. Very pleased and will replace them when necessary.

I am very sensitive to noise. I have tried all types of earplugs. To date these are the best. Nothing is 100%, but I have not found better. Sometimes I get a little blue residue in my ear. No big deal. I'd rather have that than the noise.

I had a chopper pilot turn me on to these plugs a few years ago and am very happy with them. My wife uses them as well when cutting the lawn or weed eating, she has small ear holes and can't get a proper fit from anything else. I work in a loud environment and still have perfect hearing because of the care i take in protecting them. There is no better plug on the market. Neil MacInnes.
