Dear Kira: !. "it's not working" because your not INSERTING the ear plug (( DEEP ENOUGH )) into your ear and it's PROTRUDING out too far and getting involved with your hair. 2. It will not "Block out Noise" until it SEALS your ear canal. Kira, do not be "afraid" of the ear plug !!!!! Please follow the instructions below and you'll be very very happily satisfied. 1. Just before insertion, take ( ONE ) ear plug at a time, and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at least ( 15-20 ) seconds to make the ear plug, (soft and moldable); and to disburse the lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Then push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST the ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ) (SEAL) (SEAL) your ear canal. It needs to SEAL the ear to block out much. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't (( SEAL )) immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY; and be sure to push them in FAR ENOUGH so that the (( whole ear plug )) is in your canal. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. With both ears SEALED, ( NOW ) LISTEN TO (( SILENCE )) !!!!!! 4. To remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb and index finger and gently pull downward and out. Kira, all of us gals in the office wear them every night, so please feel free to call us. Dear Edward: Our ultra-high blocking Beeswax ear plug WILL BLOCK IT (( ALL )) OUT when she inserts our ear plug CORRECTLY to where it (( SEALS )) the ear canal !!!!! Please have her follow these instructions below ((exactly)) and she won't hear you !!!!!!!: 1.
