The ear plugs work really well as far as keeping noise out! I would say better than basic foam ear plugs. You just have to get used to molding them into your ear. They do make a nice tight fit. Cant be afraid to make them fit. I would recommend you try these. I work nights and sleep during the day and these have been a big help.

Great at blocking noise, however a single pair could only be used for 2 weeks before losing the seal and become irritating to the ear.

These are the best earplugs ever! They are soft, pliable, and they mold perfectly to the ear, and they stay in place all night. I can sleep through the night without noise from outside or my husband's snoring waking me up! I highly recommend these!
