I have been using these ear plugs for over four years now and after trying everything else to eliminate sleeping noise these worked the best, however they take a little time to get use to. I have found that if I remove some of the clay from each plug this helps fit them in my ears better. It also makes for a better seal as I pinch them into my ear cavity.
