A piece of your earplug broke off and I had to go to the emergency room to have it removed. This is a dangerous product!!! Long after the incident? It happened 1 night ago. It is UNSAFE, accusing me of improper use doesn't make it safe!!!
Response from Mighty Plugs: The World's Finest EarplugsJan 11, 2018
Oh Michael: That's very dificult to do!!!! The only way a piece of ear plug will brake off, is for the wearer to PINCH IT (( SO HARD )) so that it breaks apart. We received (( NO COMMUNICATION )) FROM YOU WHATSOVEVER until this review (long after the incident as you claim). Michael, over 6 million people around the world (( including all of us in the office )), use the (( SAME EXACT )) ear plug daily without any difficulty. In light of your unsubstantiated claim, MIGHTY PLUGS ARE (( SAFE )) FOR EVERYONE TO USE !!! Should you continue to use Mighty Plugs, be attentive and remove the ear plugs responsibly. Most sincerely Mary-customer service Michael, further to our communication: I guess that you can call HOT COFFEE a "dangerous product" if it carelessly spills on someone's lap. or you can call a motorcar a "dangerous product" if it is driven carelessly and gets in a wreck; and with your reasoning, if that being the case, i guess you can refer to the ear plugs as a "dangerous product" if one is careless at removing them from the ear. And even Aspirins, if one should take 10 of them at the same time? and on and on and on
