Dear John: Oh yes, we know they do the job and really block out; but it sounds as tho you are not used to inserting and wearing an ear plug; and ironcially these are the softest most comfortable ear plugs on the planet. John, you might pinch off a little and insert a smaller ear plug. Possibly our ear plug is too large for your ear canal. Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Teri: THIS IS AN (( EASY )) FIX!! The ear plugs need to (( SEAL )) the ear!!! Teri, have him push the ear plug a bit more firmly into the ear canal and allow the ear plugs to (( SEAL )) the ear canal. You'll see, that will work and he won't hear you! Mary-customer service

Dear DS: I wish we could tell you where your ear plugs are going and how they are shrinking; but we can't. We honestly don't know for we are not experiencing this experience. DS, we wear them too, every day and night and they keep their size day after day, week after week ( FOR US ); and not only that; WE GET OVER 35 WEARINGS PER PAIR!!!
