Dear Reg: We'll turn your disappointment into happiness and we'll do our best to bring you two back together in the same bedroom again. Reg, here's how to block out ALL of your partner's snoring: 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft, malleable) and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit (( MORE )) FIRMLY; & FLATTEN it against your opening and ((into your ear canal)) until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or possibly no snoring sound at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards. All of us in the office wear this same exact ear plug every night and day for the same reason as you. Reg, It works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please feel free to phone us in the office and we'll help you over the phone to insert this ear plug so that it works PERFECTLY for you.>>>>1-800-226-1884 Most sincerely Mary-customer service

Dear Jeffrey: USELESS???? NO WAY!!!! Jeffrey, if your agenda is to "promote" silicone ear plugs; then I guess they would be useless to you; but for the more than 6 million people around the world that use Mighty Plugs ultra-high blocking BEESWAX ear plugs daily; they are a LIFE SAVER, sooooooo useful and an absolute necessity!!!!! Pure Beeswax is a "natural" wax that will "soften" and form to the ear canal upon insertion. Bottom line: they will stay securely in the ear canal, SEAL it and block out more sound than any other ear plug in the world!!! Jeffrey, you've got the best. Now allow them to SEAL and do their job. If you need our help, please feel free to phone us. We will show you over the phone how to insert these ear plugs correctly. You'll be grateful once you learn. Sincerely Mary-customer service
