Dear Laura: How strange! Your order was deliver almost one month ago. We have no record of any notification from you at all. Laura, first of all; why didn't you phone us or e-mail us to report that you receive less than you expected????? Secondly, you ordered the 2 pair Travel Pack and we weigh every package that gets shipped, and the weight that was measured in your package corresponded to the correct weight of the 2 pair pack. Thirdly, you have the HIGHEST BLOCKING Ear Plugs in the world. They'll work perfectly for you if you just follow these 3 instructions exactly!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft, malleable) and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug.When the ear plug is soft, malleable and ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit (( MORE )) FIRMLY; & FLATTEN it against your opening and ((into your ear canal)) until you feel a (( GOOD SEAL )). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear very little or possibly no snoring sound at all; and (it even gets better) each day or night afterwards..
