Lifelong loyal customer for the best earplugs ever made
Great earplugs--the best! I work nights and sleep days and I can't imagine my life without these earplugs. Now I'm so used to them I take them everywhere and use them even when I am sleeping nights. Super comfortable, long-lasting, and really effective. Shipping is always fast and I've ordered many, many boxes over the years. I've also recommended them to many friends.
I don't usually get excited to leave a review, but these earplugs have made my career possible :)

They work very well but allow you to hear alarms and phones. Easy to travel with and I appreciate being able to buy a reasonable number at a time so I always have a new set when they wear out.

Best earplugs I've ever used. Block out most sounds and last quite a long time. I've used them for years.

Appalling
Appalling. Got one stuck in m year and ended up in A&E with a Dr trying to get it out. They couldn't so ended up with two sesions with an ENT Dr, it was incredibly painful. I took the box into hospital to show the ENT Dr and they were very concerned
(I've just notced your reposnse to my feedback - Yes it is (TRUE), I can supply the Drs notes from both the A&E department and also the ENT Dr (who I saw twice) if you don't believe me. I've been using earplugs for over 20 years now and know how to use them effectively and safely. I'm mostly loyal to Boots (A UK chemist brand) of ear plugs that have never caused any issue and they are "waxy" based but harder to get hold of now I live in NZ. I decided to try yours as they are easy to obatin and appeared to be good. The hospital have kept the packet of your earplugs to show people what not to use and what to be wary of. I'll go back to asking friends and family to post me boxes of the Boots earplugs again.

If Your Report is (( TRUE )), then you are in very select company. We are Sad at your experience and but we are not "sorry" for it.
In 24 years, with over 6 ((MILLION)) customers, we have had about 5 to 6 others report a similar experience.
The ((fault was not)) our ear plug, but the (( carelessness )) of the user. The following is what we've learned:
Either the new wearer had pinched off ((so much material)) and ((inserted)) so small a piece of ear plug, that they couldn't get it all out;
OR
They had pushed it ((so for into)) their ear canal, that they couldn't get all of it out.
OR
They were ((so negligent and careless)), that they pinched it off so hard, broke off the ear plug and couldn't get it all out.
"APPALLING", yes we agree!!
Ursula, when someone spills "hot coffee" on themselves, its not the coffee's fault!!!!!!
Our ear plug is "SAFE" in responsible hands, as is a vehicle in a responsible driver's hands.

3. We enclose in ((every)) order and instruction card on how to "Insert and Remove"
What's more bewildering, is that our Mighty Plugs and held together so well with strong cotton fibers and natural gum base.
They simply will stretch and stretch and are difficult to break off.
Ursula, you are a New Zealander and surely can read English. if you are going to continue to insert our ear plug, then please (read the instruction card), or(see the website video) or (open the website page) that says "To Insert AND Remove".

I have a very hard time sleeping with…
I have a very hard time sleeping with any noise. After trying numerous types of ear plugs .... I finally came across these and gave them a try. I am so glad I did because they work! They are comfortable and stay put during the night. Other types have made my ear actually hurt, these have never done so. I highly recommend anyone needing an earplug that is comfortable, stable and blocks sound to purchase these!

Great earplugs!
I wear these earplugs while riding my motorcycle. They work great! Very comfortable for long rides and block out most of the wind noise that would drive me crazy otherwise. Highly recommended!
