They truly are the finest earplugs and have have tried many other ones. These block noise better, they stay sticky better and they don't make my ears itch because the are made naturally.

World's finest earplugs , AKA Mighty Plugs, are truly the best earplugs I have used. They block more noise than any other type or brand I have tried and when used properly are comfortable. There are 2 reasons I have given 4 stars other than 5. First, these are the most expensive disposable earplugs that I am aware of. $15.95 for 2 pairs plus shipping. That is nearly $19 for 4 plugs or $9.50 a pair. The only economical way to use these is to buy in quantity. If you buy 12 pairs at $29.95, shipping is included and the cost is $2.50 per pair. My other criticism are some of the claims made on the website about blocking 100% of snoring noise and being waterproof. NO EARPLUGS block 100% of any noise. You can get close with over the ear style protection but these or any plug type sound barrier are limited in what is achievable. As far as being waterproof, all I can say is do not count on them for this purpose. There are products that are specifically designed to keep water out of your ears. If that is your goal seek those products out. These plugs work well to greatly reduce loud traffic and snoring noise and can eliminate some noise completely depending on how loud the source. I get about 2 months out of one pair which is actually better than claimed. They have helped me to sleep and I feel are worth the cost. I recommend buying 12 pairs right from the start to get the best price. They are guaranteed so there is minimal risk. Pleasant dreams...

I didn't even use these earplugs. Frankly, the texture is so odd that when I had to break off most of one (very large for my ears) and shape it I forced it into my ear (not easy or pleasant) and it was so uncomfortable and worrisome that I just wanted it out for fear that it would become lodged in there. I assume the wax will heat slightly from the body heat of the ear. Don't know if this would make removal easier or harder but didn't want to find out. A waste of $ for me.

It works but has a smell.

I'm a drummer within a large band of drummers, & we rehearse indoors so the noise levels are extremely high. I've tried several different methods to protect my hearing, and these blue earplugs are my favourite. They're comfortable and blocking. I do find that they sometimes come apart when I have to repeatedly take them in & out - and if I drop one on the floor, I rarely use it again. However that is the nature of these earplugs. I feel that the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. I also use the earplugs at music concerts so I can hear the music better.
