Dear David: ON THE CONTRARY! BEESWAX bcomes (SOFT AND MOLDABLE)!! DAVID This is IMPORTANT: Mighty Plugs must be (kneaded or worked) between your fingers or hands for 15-20 seconds before inserting them. Once they are (SOFT AND MOLDABLE), thern you insert them!!!!!!!!!!!!! It also sounds as if the ear plug is TOO LARGE for your ear canal. David, pinch off a little and insert a smaller ear plug. Then see how it feels!
