Oh Bruce: Bruce, that's an EASY FIX??????????????? Every one of the over 5000 reviews is authentic!!!!!!! It's obvious that our website must (( explain )) much more clearly, how to (( prepare )) and how to (( insert )) Mighty Plugs. If you would have (kneaded) the ear plugs to make them (soft and mouldable), and then inserted them firmly enough so that they SEALED the ear canal; you would have just like the other 10, 000 reviewers; "sang us praise". Bruce, please follow the instructions below (exactly) and you'll have the best blocking ear plug in the world doing what it does best; BLOCKING OUT!!!!! 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and ( work it or knead it ) thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it ( soft and malleable ) When the ear plug is soft and malleable, then it’s ready to insert; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug & FLATTEN it ( IN---- AGAINST ) and (INTO) your ear canal, ( until you feel a GOOD SEAL ). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t (SEAL) immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds, until it will ((SEAL)) well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen: you’ll hear much less sound and often no sound at all. Bruce, we all wear them too, so please feel free to phone us.
