Best ear plugs ever. Easy to use, very happy

I find the ear plugs are very good in reducing any noise that would normally wake me. They also last for a reasonable amount of time before they need to be replaced.

WORST product ever! Absolutely does NOT cut out any noise. I bought them to use for night time to block out snoring. I made the seal which I thought was perfect over my ear, and I could hear everything. Also my package was opened, then stapled shut, and the contents inside were damaged. The case was in many pieces. When I contacted customer service it was the most unprofessional service ever! Don't waste your money people, look for something better with customer service that actually listens to your concerns!!! Update to Mary-CSR...no actually you DIDN'T listen to me, you wanted me to pay shipping in the first email you responded to, and proceeded to blame the damaged package on Canada Post. Your service was a joke, and if I do a google search on your product, the reviews are NOT all great. Perhaps you should do a little more research. It's funny how you can't take responsibility for what happened, and that your response "wasn't good enough for me". Who replies to a potential customer like that? Seriously? Taking the “high road”.. seriously what a joke. As for inserting the plug into my ear canal? You’re kidding right? Do you know how many reviews I read about people putting this product into their ear canal and having to go to the hospital because of broken pieces STUCK in their inner ear????for anyone who doesn’t know this product is sticky like sticky tap and can easily break and from reviews I’ve read proves difficult to take out of your ear canal . You’re directions say to form a seal OVER your ear canal not in it. My God I hope everybody reads this response and sees how you replied . have you even tried your plugs and put them in your ear ? i’m thinking not . I would strongly suggest to anyone to avoid this product .

Best Earplugs Ive found. Especially for further away noises like dog barking, cars etc If Im still awake I can hear my husband snoring but once asleep - great.
