You have a great product, just the best. I have been ordering from you for years, and have recommended the ear plugs to many friends, family, and clients. In my last order, the plastic case arrived cracked and unusable. In response to my request, just to send another case, I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping of a replacement case. If the order would have been wrapped in bubble wrap or something equivalent, this would not have happened. I never heard back from customer service to resolve this minor issue, yet an issue. I was disappointed with your lack of caring. I will continue to order your product.

I live in a condo and my upstairs neighbors have a much later schedule than ours. I was not able to get much sleep due to the noise late in the night. I tried foam ear-plugs and I was still awakened by the noise. Desperate for a nights sleep, I decided to try these ear-plugs. With these ear-plugs, I'm able to sleep the whole night again!

Love these natural ear plugs. Great if your skin is sensitive to synthetic materials. I cut them in half, so that each disc makes 2 plugs that fit my ears perfectly. I have been using them for several years now and recommend them to all!
