DwelioReviews of dwelio.org

I am a realtor in NC, and have been using Dwelio for verified buyer and seller leads for a few months now, and have received credible leads with good contact information. I have deal in place now, with a buyer which is on the way to a signed contract, and several other leads that are motivated and moving forward in selling their homes. I have been pleased with the results.

Dwelio has been sending some good leads to me , they work hard to do their research before you get the lead . I would recommend them .

I signed up almost 2 months ago. The onboarding took place soon after. There was a lag before receiving my first lead. So far I have received leads per the agreement. The communication has been reasonable and responses to my inquires have been prompt. I am satisified with the service to date and the leads.

Do Not signup for their services. I signed up for their lead generation services in October of 2024. They advertise that if you are not satisfied and cancel their services within the first 45 days you will be refunded your initial signup fee of $599. I called and formally emailed to cancel my plan in November within the the 45 day window. They accepted the request and informed me that my refund will be processed and returned within 60 days. It is now May 9, 2025 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have been in constant contact with customer service, who by the way has done a good job of keeping the lines of communication open. However, that means nothing when it's been over 6 months since I canceled their services. I am being given the run around and told that my refund will be processed in the next 30 days. When the 30 days expire, I contact customer service again who then tells me that the finance department is contacting the bank because there's been an issue and they are trying to figure out how to refund my money. I am again told it will take another couple of weeks. Yet again when the time frame expires and I have no refund, I am then told to give them more time to find out what's going on with the bank to provide me my money. This was a mistake signing up for their services. They advertise on their website that they are trusted by agents with well known and successful realty brokers. Some of those brokerages are Berkshire Hathaway, EXP Realty, Keller Williams, and Century21. This cannot be true if their level of professionalism is this low. The reviews on their website are not a reflection on the true services and experiences of this company. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division about my situation. Stay away and find another lead generation company to work with because Dwelio has not done a good job of upholding their service agreement.

Dwelio and their associates,Levi is awesome great communicate, keeps me updated and well informed, Great listener and understanding the needs of the agents that they work with. Knowing you have a great team backing you helps tremendously.

They have worked hard for me in securing leads of both buyers and sellers! I will continue to work with them as they do provide great support!

So far so good. I've been using Dwelio for 2 months and have received credible leads, reliable contact information and excellent customer service. The appointments are serious buyers and sellers. This isn't a numbers game with Dwelio.... they set you up for success!

I appreciate the live leads sent with interested people. Currently working with a buyers and that seem promising. Dwellio takes the time to really verify the sellers and buyers information before sending you the leads.
