I had my first lead with Dwelio, and it went really well. The lead was responsive and looking to sell and buy an apartment building. They answered my call, and we had a great conversation, which was a strong start. I will keep you updated on future leads as they come in. So far, 5 stars.

I signed up with Dwelio about a month ago and received my first lead about 3 weeks later. The information they sent to me was very detailed and organized. I contacted the lead within 30 minutes of receiving it and had a good conversation with the customer. I have had about 3 calls with the homeowner and I have a possible listing appointment this week. So far, this has been great as this listing comps at over $500K which is great for my first referral from Dwelio. I consider this to be a great start with a real customer who appears to be serious about selling his property. I am surprised and very pleased with the team at Dwelio. I am giving them 5 stars for the quality of their service so far. Thank you to the team at Dwelio for everything so far!

I received 3 leads within the first 8 weeks of signing up. I did request seller only leads $300k and up. None of the leads fit that criteria but leads are leads. They are expecting cash offers so I’m taking a cash buyer I have to my appointment Monday for one of the properties. Fingers crossed my leads will get better moving forward!

I've only been working with Dwelio a few months but I already have a prospective listing with a follow-up purchase in my pipeline. Dwelio vetts the leads before they're sent to me, so the percentage of 'duds' received is lower than other lead services I've tried in the past. Any leads that don't pan out are replaced & don't count towards the lead total for the plan you've bought into. User support has been quick & efficient on the few occasions I've needed it.
