The leads they sent were terrible
The leads they sent were terrible. My own due diligence on them (aka a google search) found past bankruptcies/ foreclosures they must not have screened for when speaking to the prospects. (One turned out to have been charged with illegally exporting prohibited goods to Iran by the US gov't). I inquired after not receiving a lead for 5 months and was told my account had been suspended because I hadn't responded to let them know if I had followed up w/ the people they sent me. UPDATE: "Bob Baker" from the customer success team called to offer me 5 more months. Why would you do that if you aren't in the wrong? In addition to poor screening, almost none were in or near the zip codes I requested or near what they promised. Many had unrealistically low price points for their search areas.
