Dear Julia, We’re truly sorry to hear that you feel this way. We take pride in operating with transparency and integrity, and we have fully honored the terms of your signed agreement. Our records show a total payment of $699, and we have delivered 8 leads to date. We remain fully committed to sending the remaining leads as promised in your contract. You were onboarded on July 15, 2025, and received your first lead on August 15, 2025, which was within the agreed-upon timeframe. Since then, several valid and exclusive leads have been delivered, and your account remains active with seven months left in your annual plan. To further support your success, we also upgraded your package to include live-transfer leads at no extra cost and reduced your referral fee. We genuinely value all of our clients and have made several attempts to resolve this matter amicably. Our goal has always been to help you achieve results, and we regret that your experience has led to this frustration. We remain open to further discussion in good faith to address this matter. We encourage you to contact our Support Department at [email protected] so we can work directly with you to deliver the results you deserve. Best Regards, Team Dwelio
