Customer service has been great. Original shipment was delayed and first product worked but failed. I was sent a new product immediately no questions asked. Use it twice a day with stretches and elbow is improving.

Thanks, John. Sorry again that the first shipment took longer than it should have and that the original unit failed on you — when something goes wrong we'd rather just make it right, fast.
