Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. I ordered an item on Oct. 20th because they said they process orders within 3-5 days. It is now Nov. 11th and I still haven’t received the item or tracking details I have requested multiple times. I have also requested a refund and they just keep sending the same email response without tracking. Do not give them access to your money.

The picture of the clothing was nothing like what we received. It looked like a nice suit but was actually a literal pair of stretchy pajama (top and pants). Will be returning!

Poor quality. Don’t know what I expected but it went in the rag bin straight away. There is a return policy and the communication has been good but it’s just not worth the money to consider. Steer clear of garbage

Warnung!!!!!!! Diese Firma liefert Ware aus China und hält sich nicht an die europäische Verbraucherschutzgesetze. Trotz rechtswirksamen und vollständiger Dokumentation des Widerrufes, welches sogar in den AGB`s von Duval zugesichert ist, stellt sich die Firma "tod" meldet sich nicht und zahlt das bereits entrichtete Geld auch nicht zurück. Bei Bedarf kann ich die dementsprechenden Beweise für die dortige Bestellnummer # 93491 sauber dokumentiert vorlegen. Somit nehme ich mir das Recht heraus folgende Aussage zu tätigen: Es handelt es sich eindeutig um eine betrügerische Firma, von der man am Besten die Finger lässt.

Sent survey before I even received the order. Been waiting a while for it to show up. Have no clue on the quality or fit of the product. Will tell you that it takes forever for it to show up. AND I paid for expedited shipping. Today is 10/10. I ordered over two weeks ago. Support has been somewhat useless. They tell me that it is "normal" for this amount of shipping. Order now if you want it in time for New Years.
