DUVALReviews of duvalfits.com

My experience with Duval is the worst am Still waiting for a response since last year Dec 6, 2024 It's now january 17th 2025. I received my sweatsuit two weeks after the date. And received the product for it to be way to small. All i wanted was a bigger size but they still haven't respond to me in email SMH!!! FYI: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

Really wish I had read up on the reviews before purchasing from this company. I have been requesting a return and refund since December and have not received one response despite emailing multiple times and within the required period for refunds. Not only massively disappointing, but bloody frustrating. There's enough scam artists in this world without a company like this adding to them.

I’ve been asking for a return authorization via email the social Media via any which way and all I keep getting is the runaround. Nobody contacts me nobody reaches back out to me. Everybody asked me for all the information from order number and then ask for the return order number that I sent them which I never received Overall poor poor poor

I recently purchased a suit from this company, and I deeply regret it. The suit I received was nothing like what I expected, and the quality was very disappointing. Their website clearly states a 45-day return policy with a full refund, but when I tried to contact them to process the return, I got no response at all. I emailed, and even tried reaching out through social media—nothing! This company’s customer service is completely non-existent, and their return policy is a scam. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this company! I wish I had read more reviews before buying.

This company is a scam I ordered two suits for my cousins funeral. I received a email stating the suits were back ordered so because they didn’t know when they would come I asked for the order to be canceled at first the said I was outside my 24 hour period but sent a follow up email advising that have canceled the order and a refund will be issued in 7-14 business days that was October and still no refund. The phone number on file doesn’t work and now they have stopped responding to my emails. Don’t order anything from this company unless you have free money to give away. I liked there selection on there site and wanted to give more business I’m just glad I didn’t spend the extra money with no product

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a vest using their size guide. It was too small. I sent it back using address given to me by a customer service agent. They have my money, my vest and yet can’t be bothered to send a different size. On the first try to resolve this matter they said when they received the vest they would send out new size. I showed them the tracking info showing it was delivered to them. I’ve tried numerous follow ups with zero response back. Buy at your own risk. Company is total BS.

Sizes don`t fit, I returned items and still no reply from them for 2 weeks. Charge back time. HAHA

Delay receiving stuff. Poor quality. Sizes don’t match. Try to find out how you return and replace. Sent an e mail but no response . Sent another e mail and still no response. NOT GOOD.!
