ordered on 9/25. From what I can see it still hasn't shipped yet. I have no timelines whatsoever.

Would give it 0 Stars if I could . Cheep Chinese goods that take weeks / months to come . No customer service AVOID !

This was the absolute worst experience. I purchased some clothing and they did not fit according to the specifications. I contacted them three times requesting an exchange and still haven’t received a response from August 28, 2024 and it is now October 1, 2024. Temu and Shien offers better service than this.

Buyer beware. Items don’t look as advertised. No response from them at all when requesting return and refund. I reached out to them 7 times and then when I sent them a message through Instagram inquiring on purchasing they responded but as soon as I said actually I purchased something already and requested a return and no one will answer me. Immediately ignored me after that. Thankfully credit card company disputed this and I got my money back. If anyone wants this crappy clothing let me know I’ll send and you pay shipping.
