Great for dogs that are tough to take to the vet normally. Super convenient and pretty affordable. I think price wise the meds are marked up considerably but you can't really get around that no matter where you go.

True to their word, Dutch provides licensed veterinarians to meet with you for non-critical pet health concerns. At a time when many vital pet medications are locked behind veterinary visits--and veterinary clinics are charging $40+ per visit--Dutch's $132 annual fee for unlimited remote visits is a real game changer. It's depressing, but a service like this will probably be necessity for most people, purely because of how high clinic prices are compared to ordinary people's wages. I got 3 of my cats seen today and prescribed medications. So, already, the annual membership paid for itself. EDIT: Forgot to add this part in the initial review. As a bit of warning for those with multiple pets, Dutch currently has a really wonky scheduling interface. You can only schedule an appointment for a pet directly from your account page IF you don't already have an appointment scheduled. Otherwise, you need to navigate to the Pharmacy page, then attempt to schedule an appointment for a pharmaceutical item. That's the only way to schedule multiple pets in advance, which is non-intuitive and very awkward. Dutch would otherwise get 5 stars from me.

I’m not sure yet

I was skeptical of this service but if you have multiple pets, you know problems can come up quickly. The good: the vet i spoke to was very professional and friendly. She addressed the problem and set up a treatment plan. The appointment was ridiculously easy and no wrestling with a stressed out pet for 2 hours. The not so good: when you subscribe, know you will be blasted with solicitations to set your first appointment. Too much spam. Also, my original appointment was canceled by the vet. No explanation. I had to start over at the beginning. Why not automatically reassign to another vet instead of leaving the customer hanging? And their pharmacy and shipping is exceptionally slow 🐌. Overall, i think this is a valuable service and will definitely use again just know there are some things they could improve on.
