As a telehealth platform focused on non-emergent care, we aren't a replacement for in-person emergency services, and that can be especially challenging when a pet needs immediate medication. That said, we agree there’s room for improvement. Our team is actively working on getting your pet’s prescription transferred to a local pharmacy as quickly as possible and will reach out as quickly as possible with an update. We completely understand how urgent it can feel when your pet needs medication, and we're sorry for any frustration caused by the shipping process. Dutch works with a partner pharmacy to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and in line with telemedicine regulations, which is why we typically ship medications directly. That said, we absolutely offer prescription transfers if you'd prefer to fill the medication at a local pharmacy instead. We want to clarify that our support team did assist in canceling your account as soon as you reached out, even though your plan included a 3-month commitment, which is clearly stated during signup.
