After initially having some kinks to work out, Dutch has shown great customer service in helping fix problems. They care about your pets and truly want to help you. If you have any problems, give them a call. Very pleased with Dutch!

Believe me when I say I was extremely skeptical of Dutch when my husband first mentioned it & the reviews were very mixed. Our older pup , Alex, had developed a very intense skin infection on his face that was progressively getting worse by the day. We have very tight schedules with work & so my husband found Dutch and set up an appointment through Zoom with a doctor which took only 15 mins (we sent her very clear pics of our dogs problem before the appointment so she already was aware of the issue along with us providing detailed info on the intake form) and within 2 days the medication for our sweet pup was delivered to our home. She also broke down what each medication was for exactly in a very thorough message which was very helpful. I highly recommend this company & we will definitely continue to use them. thank you to everyone on the Dutch team !!

****My meds were received I'm so happy!**** Updated*** I had checked my spam and I did not receive anything could be a bug, but I am happy to announce that my first order did send over a tracking number and the customer care here is exceptional once I posted my issue I received swift feedback and the situation was tackled at hand. Just going to make sure I receive my items before switching to 5 stars!!! I apologize that I had to write a bad review in order to get an answer though. Sincerely, One Concerned Pet MaMa Original**** Everything was great... Until I never received proper notification of my medications being shipped. I've called and they said 5 to 7 days processing and everything was sent over to USPS. I ordered by 1am Friday it is Wednesday... Even though it was memorial day weekend their site says the order ships in 1 to 2 business days. So after calling Tuesday I called Wednesday and was told my items were going to arrive on the 3rd which would be 6 business days, yet I still have no tracking number so because I had to end the call quickly I tried calling back later and it just hit voicemail. So now I'm left wondering if I'll ever receive my orders that have been paid in full. Doing my best to remain patient, but I wish they were more prompt about their processing orders. I am happy to chamge my review rating if the problem is fixed. I am in VA and am listed as a state they offer prescriptions for. I might end up having to pay double for meds and just end up going to the physical vet. Worst case scenario I'll have to refute charges... Trying to be patient. Sincerely, One concerned pet mama

Dutch solved my problem. I have a dog that gets feral when taken to the vet. He is very allergic to flea bites and the doctor sent Apoquel out right away. Very helpful and friendly staff.

What a great experience! We rescued our cat, Vivienne from the streets, and while she's the most loving kitty, going to the vet is super-stressful for her (and us). Using Dutch was the perfect solution! The Dutch vet, Dr. Olaitan, was amazing. After a thorough history, he identified her issue and made a treatment plan. Her meds arrived quickly, and after a few days she was back to feeling great. Dutch is a great resource for all pet owners. Highly recommend!

The vets that I talked to were amazing! My cat has allergies and my primary vet gave me a whole list of things to remove, one at a time to see what the issue is. I can usually only schedule appointments 2 weeks ahead with my primary vet. This website allows me to get vet help quickly - and since I know it’s just allergies they give me medication and he feels better while I try to pinpoint what his allergy is. I’m so happy that I don’t have to wait weeks to get medication to help him feel better. The vets I talked to were so nice and informative and they seemed to really care about my cats health and comfort.

Everyone here has been so helpful, and I honestly think the price is well-worth it for my pets. The veterinarians I've worked with are readily available, and I can get an appointment often within a few hours.
