The service from customer service, veterinary to pharmacy has been wonderful. Everyone is caring toward my Luna. They also show my compassion and empathy once my furry friend crossed the rainbow bridge. I appreciate the support I received.

First time user here, there were issues with shipping at first but they did a fantastic job to fix the issue. The Vet visit with Dr. Jessica March was really good, she was a sweetheart and was very knowledgeable on ears.

Dr. Chestnut was amazing she was very efficient and professional, follow up was excellent! However, the Dutch care team member Daniel went above and beyond expectations! Never have I received such amazing customer service from any company, definitely deserves a raise and a promotion!! Needs to be in charge of the, well everything!😎

The plan was inexpensive, covered multiple pets, and I could get a video visit with a qualified vet right away. My appointment was not rushed and I felt she really cared for the wellness of my pet and his condition.
