Everyone here at Dutch is so helpful. The website is extremely easy to access. Customer service along with their vets are always so quick to respond. They are all extremely helpful.

This company is quick to respond, professional, and caring. Our little Maltese was so sick and the vet around the corner couldn't see our dog for 5 days! I signed up on Dutch, requested a vet asap and I got a zoom call within 15 minutes! I have been in contact with our vet for a month now about issues and she is right there, with me, helping Bella. I highly recommend Dutch. They will work with you in real time, day or night.

Dutch was a great way for my dog Boomer. Dr. Booke was able to give me 4 more months with my sweet boy. Unfortunately he did pass away just back in February he was 14yrs old. Dutch gave me more time with my boy and I am grateful for this service that Dutch provides. I would recommend Dutch to anyone who needs to get the care for their pet.

I have three pets and signed for an annual plan with Dutch. The service has more than paid for itself. Everything for an eye affliction, to a skin infection, to treating our German Shepard puppy for severe anxiety. The Vets are top notch. I can schedule a virtual appointment same day. The doctors follow up in message and provide comprehensive information regarding your pet’s condition, and you just can’t beat their pharmacy prices. Lastly, their customer service team is friendly and knowledgeable and resolved any issue I had quickly!

I really value Dutch as a reliable source of care for my cats. I can get an appointment same day and the meds come quick. Love their price match guarantee, love that they’ll transfer prescriptions out, and really love how accessible and accommodating their customer service team is. Also the vets we’ve worked with are great!

Super convenient.

I have used Dutch for 2 of my pets since November. These were for eye and ear issues. As i live in a rural with limited vet services, Dutch has been a convenient service to get my pets minor medical needs met. The vets have all been professional and compassionate. I will continue to use this service!
