The veterinarians especially Dr. Allison Moore at Dutch have been more helpful than my cat’s own local veterinarian, internal medicine veterinarian and her pet oncologist. I’ve paid thousands of dollars for my cat’s treatments for diabetes, hypertension and now lymphoma, but none of the veterinary services I’ve visited in person gave me explainable actions and support for my pet. They give me the wrong dosage of medications, and no pain killers for my cat who is in last stages of lymphoma and chronic kidney disease. My cat can hardly walk or eat and the local vets want to do more testing - yet at the same time they say there’s nothing they can do. It’s been a nightmare. The only way I’ve gotten through this has been with Dr. Allison Moore, Dr. Nicole Custodio and other vets at Dutch explaining the reports to me and guiding me on doses and medication for my cat so she’s under less pain during her final days/weeks. I can’t imagine how much worse this situation would be without the help from Dutch. I’m eternally grateful.

I was initially hesitant to use this company due to some negative reviews. However, my experience turned out to be excellent. The doctor was punctual, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Despite my cat hiding under the bed, we managed the situation by having my son place the phone and a flashlight under the bed. The orders were placed quickly, and although I paid for expedited mailing, the medication, initially expected on a Saturday, arrived the following Monday. This delay was due to the carrier and beyond Dutch's control. The medication, which included a couple of syringes for administration, cost about $60 for antibiotics and steroids. As a single mom with tight finances, I find this service invaluable for non-emergent conditions.

My vet was available Sunday. The exam was thorough and was great. She explained what she was seeing and put together a solution for my cat immediately. Did I mention no extra fees on SUNDAY! THANK YOU!

Dr. Scanlon was attentive and took the time to thoroughly understand my pet's symptoms and history. The consultation was smooth and efficient, with clear communication and detailed explanations that were easy to understand. It was really easy to order the meds (did not urgently need the Rx), but was informed about local pickup for anything urgent. Dr. Scanlon's professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach made this a positive experience.

Here in California where the vets can prescribe medication based on a video call, it beat my 60 mile round trip office visit, the $65 fee, plus the avoidance of stress on the animal. I realize that personal vet visits are going to be necessary for some things, but Dutch just makes it too easy and affordable for all the times a vet visit isn't really necessary.

I used Dutch to obtain medication for a fairly straightforward issue (ringworm). Using Dutch saved me both time and money. I foster kittens for a rescue and have spent so much time in the past running to vet appointments for routine issues that could have been handled with a telehealth visit through Dutch. I wish I knew it existed sooner!

Dr. A. Gonzalez was phenomenal. He took the time to make sure we understood and continued to ask what questions we had to ensure we were getting to the bottom of Nellas issues. So insightful and courteous- we definitely recommend!!
