I was skeptical at first to use this service but after reading reviews I decided to make an appointment. I’m so glad I did. The woman vet I spoke to was very nice and friendly, and she addressed all of my concerns quickly. We were only on the phone around 9 minutes and she was able to figure out what was wrong and prescribed proper medications. I will definitely be using them again over my regular vet. What prompted me to seek out this service was my usual vet hasn’t answered the phone or returned any of my calls for a week!! Idk what’s going on there but I will be using this now instead. Would definitely recommend.

My 10 year old chihuahua mix had a left front corpus injury/infection. I had a zoom meeting with Dr. Nina Owens. Dr. Owens was attentive to me explaining what was happening and showed compassion along with being professional and sweet. She provided medication to help heal my baby and was very helpful to my questions/concerns. I ended the call feeling more at ease knowing that she made herself available even after our meeting. Thank you Dr. Owens.

The vet was very nice and informative but the medication for the dog is very expensive

Very easy and user friendly. Tons of available times for us working weird hours folks. The vet was very polite, kind, and compassionate. Her prescribed a ton of things that would help her BAD hot spots, but was very clear that I didn't have to purchase all of them. I did, anyway, so that we have them, and Mia can get the best care possible. I have since learned that Dutch will price match anything, as well! Normally, it takes me hours to go to the vet. I pretty know what they are going to do for hot spots, but I need the script, so we go. Well, Not anymore! Thanks Dutch! Beautiful idea to access our pets health options wayyy easier and convenient. Of course, you can't do everything online, but for the majority, it will be more than sufficient. Has already saved me hours of my precious time!

Dutch has knowledgeable vets that can help. My regular vet was closed and I was able to zoom call with a vet on the holiday. Great advice on the problem to get my cat feeling better.
