GAME CHANGER
Dutch online vet service is awesome. My dog hates to ride in a vehicle and she's not good with strangers. Being able to make an appt online, not to mention get an appt within 24hrs, and sit in my living room with Biscuit to receive her healthcare is awesome! The vet was so nice and understood the needs of my pet. I wish I had known about this earlier.

Dr. Runde was great! He was super patient and answered all of my questions. Super fast response. I love that I discovered Dutch. My cat is extremely fractious, and going to the regular vet requires him to be sedated, which is incredibly stressful on both him and me. Not having to do all of that, and to still be able to provide high quality vet care for my pet is amazing!

IMPRESSED
I am really impressed with how my first call with DUTCH went. The veterinarian I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable and empathic. I like how I could do this appointment from home because my dog becomes aggressive when I try to put him in a vehicle. The call was quick and informative which works well with my busy schedule. I feel the treatment plan the veterinarian recommended for my dog will have promising results.

This service offered just what I needed…
This service offered just what I needed to connect with a vet about my pet's flea allergy. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the vet who saw me and my pet on Zoom was professional, kind, and knowledgable and her prescription followed quickly, with clear instructions. For someone who has trouble getting my pet to a vet's office, this was great.

Dutch is a good and reasonably priced option for pet care
It is SO easy to get appointments promptly. veterinarians are very knowledgeable. i often get the same vet for an appointment and you can message them for any follow up concerns and they answer promptly . The only negative is that Rx meds take a while to get to you by USPS mail. there is an option for expedited shipping and to transfer Rx to somewhere local and that is pretty efficiently done as I've had them sent to costco pharmacy in the past.

Absolutely the best thing I have done…
Absolutely the best thing I have done by joining Dutch. Signed up, made an appt the following morning. The vet, Dr. Afraz is awesome. Kind, patient, informative. If you cannot afford vet visits and have multiple pets as we do, this is the smartest way to go. Highly recommend!

My cat is very old and the stress of an in-person vet appointment is too much for her these days. It’s excellent to have an option of telehealth services for her basic needs.
