I had an excellent virtual experience with minor issues that aren't stressful for my cats or me. Dr. Michaels pays close attention to my concerns and reviews cat photos to help with his diagnosis. Gone are the days when I had to sit at the vet's office only to find out my cat was constipated—with a $300 bill! While we still go to our regular vet for emergencies requiring a physical examination, this service is incredibly convenient for minor problems that my dramatic four cats tend to create. Tech support, provided through text messaging by Giovani, has also been helpful in navigating their website. Additionally, their compounded medications (like flea protection and gabapentin) are much cheaper than what my vet charges and delivered to my door.

Dutch Vets have been so helpful and take the time to educate you on the treatment. I love getting messages from my vet and summary of our visit. Other than having to wait on meds to come in the mail, this service has been top notch. Worth the yearly fee to see vet anytime. We saw ours at 7:40am the same day! Thats just perfect for our older guy. He needs vet care.

I was skeptical, as any fiscally responsible pet owner is. But there was a sale on annual plans and I figured with two of my cats being older it's probably a good idea to have a backup plan if a physical vet visit isn't feasible. Luna has chronic condition that is very common for cats born outside, but it affects her immune system and and she gets chronic cold/respiratory symptoms. She's been successfully treated on a particular drug combo since she was a kitten, and other treatments historically fail. Despite inevitable failure, previous vets usually require us to try other treatments that have damaging effects with long-term use before prescribing what has been historically successful, knowing that she will decompensate in the meantime. I was able to schedule with Dutch/Dr. Runde late Thursday night for Friday afternoon, it was easy to upload her past medical history documents and when we had our virtual visit via Zoom, Dr. Runde seemed already familiar with her condition as if he diagnose and treat it in his sleep. He also identified that our primary vet prescribed a dose lower than the lowest dose recommended for our last treatment, and made a few recommendations on dose changes and potential maintenance. Both Rxs that proved successful in the past we're ordered same day. I signed up for an annual plan the day before the appointment, there was no wait for my soulcat to get the most successful treatment desperately needs, no need to take off work, her medications will be delivered in a few business days with expedited shipping, it could not have been easier. TLDR: as a fiscally responsible pet owner, do yourself the favor and sign up for an annual plan. It will pay for itself in 3 of the unlimited virtual visits allowed, and the peace of mind is important if your pets are everything to you.

I am so amazed that I registered with your company at 4 pm on a Friday and requested an appointment to treat my dogs ears. Within 30 minutes I had a zoom call set for 9:30 pm that same day. Dr. Johnstone was amazing and my treatment plan and medications were ordered and on the way by 9:45 pm. Thank You for your smooth medical assistance for our dog.

I wasn't sure what to expect when using Dutch but I am more than satisfied with my experience. My vet, Dr. Weckel was everything I hoped for. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her and Dutch a million times.

Dutch was affordable, my Eradimite with taxes and shipping was half the price of all others I'd ever found and paid for and they are fast I received my package fast enough with non express shipping I was impressed

Dutch was a fine help to me in getting the medications to help with my dog. For those of you who, like me, do not have access to a vehicle, this is an especially fortuitous service.
