Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re a subscription-based service, which is why orders are set up on autopay. The number of months supplied in each shipment is based on the prescription written by the licensed vet for your pet. However, you’re always in control of your plan, you can manage your prescriptions at any time if you’d like to pause, adjust shipment timing, modify quantities, or cancel your subscription altogether. If you need any help updating your settings, our team is always happy to assist so you only receive what works best for you and your pet.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that the prescription process felt slower or more costly than expected, especially when your dog needed medication quickly. We completely understand how important timely access to treatment is. To clarify a few parts of the process: there is a $5 fee for transferring a prescription to a local pharmacy, and while the quoted timeframe is 1–3 days, transfers are typically completed within 24 hours. For medications shipped through our partner pharmacy, we offer free 4–7 day shipping, as well as a $20 rush shipping option that arrives in 1–3 days. That said, telemedicine isn’t always meant to replace urgent, same-day care. When a pet needs medication immediately, such as for an infection or sudden symptoms, we strongly recommend visiting an in-person veterinarian who can provide same-day evaluation and treatment when it’s needed most. We truly appreciate you being our customer and taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving.
