Knowing that there was no way I would ever take my 16 year old dog (on hospice) to the vet office - which she dreads - I chose to do a zoom call with Dutch. The veterinarian there was calm, professional, compassionate, and really understood the situation. I was able to get meds for Tara that she can take in order to be comfortable in her last days or months. I am grateful.

This was my second call with Dr McClosky and I appreciate his friendly manner and considerate advice! I am pleased so far with Dutch. This service is very convenient with appointments and the entire experience.

Highly recommend as Dr. Suzanne Mullins was absolutely wonderful! Aika was extremely helpful getting everything set up quickly from the Zoom appointment and making sure we had everything needed. This online process was far far better than expected and thought signing up for a year was risky but proved to be money well spent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend this service as an addition to my primary vet, who often times is very booked up. So often a medical concern will arise at very inopportune times like over holidays or on weekends or after hours… And a timely medical opinion from a vet is extremely helpful to troubleshoot the issue and sometimes fix the issue. I’ve used this service twice and will book another visit for my other cat soon. It’s extremely well set up and user friendly. It made ordering the products I needed for my cat very easy and communicating with the Dutch team and my Dutch vet is very easy and quick. Before finding Dutch my choices seemed to be to wait until my primary vet had availability or god forbid go to an emergency clinic, which is very costly and stressful for both human and pet. Sometimes an ER visit is the obvious choice but usually the concern lies somewhere in between and that’s where Dutch is perfect. The peace of mind this membership gives me is well worth the very affordable cost.

The doctor listened to my concerns and provided my dog with me medication he needed. He is doing better!

Dr. Gonzalez met with me to talk about my cat’s feline asthma, which is not a typical run of the mill issue, nor is my cat’s presentation typical. I joined Dutch for a second opinion, and additional resources to manage his symptoms. And Dr. Gonzalez was so helpful. He had ideas for management that I haven’t heard of, helped with planning for the management of future flare ups and suggested 4 medications to try. All of which I can purchase through Dutch. It was all super helpful.

My dog and I saw Dr. Janet Johnston after I noticed a growth between his toes that had started bleeding. I can’t express enough how well Dr. Johnston treated not only my dog but also how well she treated me. The way she spoke, the tone of her voice and how she explained things made me genuinely feel like she cared for my dog as much as I do. She let me explain every detail I felt was important for her to hear and she sat and listened attentively and sympathetically. It’s the first time in a long time I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed by a provider. She even took the time to explain different tests, procedures/treatments my in-person vet may recommend and gave me a general idea of what the next steps would be. I walked into my in-person vet appointment with a sense of security and calmness. Sure enough the things they talked about and recommended were options Dr. Johnston already briefed me on and I was able to make a confident informed decision for my dogs treatment. I wasn’t blindsided or shocked but instead felt prepared and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Johnston! Hogan is doing very well!!
