This is 100% a scam. It is very well-organized and I suspect a licensed veterinarian is behind it, considering they occasionally do send “prescriptions.” I cannot be sure, however, because many of the “prescriptions” they send are actually available to buy over-the-counter. Go check out the Better Business Bureau and read user reviews if you don’t believe me. I am a nurse practitioner and immediately knew this company was a scam after they tried to make me pay $600+ for a simple ear infection medications for my dog. In reality, those meds cost less than $100 when you get them through an ACTUAL vet.

I had such high hopes for this company. Vets were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I paid a premium for the meds to be shipped to my house. As of the date they were to be delivered, per Dutch.com’s website, they had not even shipped yet. I can not suggest anyone use this site and order meds through them. The vet side of the company is great. But rarely do you need a vet and not need the medication. So disappointed.

This website is a scam. Do not log in and pay your money. The entire site is a scam. Be aware!!!!

Terrible service. They have a promotion on the website for 25% off membership plans. I signed up and they charged me the normal rate for the membership. On top of that I booked a visit with a vet for a prescription. The Doctor told me he would prescribe my cat who is in a lot of pain 3 medications and then NEVER PRESCRIBED THEM. Awful service. waste of money. Fuzzy was a MUCH better service.

Horrible service. Communication is very poor, only contact is through patient portal which takes days to respond. My dog needed a medication their pharmacy didn’t carry so a prescription needed to be sent to a different vet pharmacy. I tried for 6 months to get this accomplished with no success. I continuously messaged them only to receive, “ we will look into it”. Never took care of it. When I canceled my subscription and explained why I was discontinuing their services I received an automatic response thanking me for using them and how would I rate their response. Tried to leave a review on the website but no where can you do that. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews came from because I would never recommend them. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely terrible and slow service! My dog died after I trusted these people and their advice. They were suuuuuper slow and failed to issue prescriptions so my dog could live. Avoid at all cost.

I’m a nurse that works long 12 hour shifts. I noticed my cat has an infection on his belly but wouldn’t be able to take him to the vet within a timely manner. I found Dutch online and hesitantly signed up for an annual membership with the idea I’d be able to have my cat seen by a vet ASAP. Well when I went to schedule the appointment they only offered appointments until 2:35PM which makes no sense since they boast 24/7access to a vet. Now I’m sitting at the emergency vet after hours. Unsatisfied with the entire experience I want to cancel my membership and avoid the installment payments, but just like the scammers they are it’s impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

They make it hard to cancel. There is no way to cancel on their website even though they have instructions to do so. I also can't delete my own debit card from their site. Also I signed up for a Vet appoint for simple Carprofen (dog ibuprofen) that my old dog is already prescribed... their tele Vet only allowed one months supply and told me to take him to a Vet.
