Dr Moore was fabulous
Dr Moore was fabulous! She took the time to listen to our concerns and looked at her up close in the video, then prescribed her an antibiotic and gave instructions on how to treat our sweet fur baby. She was thorough and really seemed to care.

Helpful
Just want to clear up my dogs ear infection so we don't have to take a trip to the vet. Dr Lewis helped us get prescription without the hassel!

Vet was great/Dutch not so much.
Vet was great. Kind, compassionate and professional. That's what the 5 stars is for. Dutch feels scammy. Like they're trying to "get you" anyway they can. Allow 1 time visit (instead of having to subscribe then unsubscribe), for those who just need the service once. Don't charge an extra $5 "pharmacy fee." And also, don't make me pay for "2 months supply" or have to apply to have the med auto-shipped monthly, then also have to cancel that. I would consider using again if you made those changes!

Vet was awesome the rest is a nightmare
That doctor was great dealing with but Dutch is using the AI bots and there is no customer service or no one to contact. I still haven’t been able to purchase my dogs prescriptions. I’m trying to purchase 3 items but my cart still says 51 items and for two days no one has been able to help me. I keep getting emails and text from AI bots with no solution. Well, in the meantime, my dog still needs those prescriptions cause she is not well. The five stars was for the Vet, she was great Zero stars would be too much with the customer service I I’ve received.

Don't wait to sign up for Dutch!
Don't wait - you cannot go wrong with Dutch! The price point is great and the service is even better. From start to finish the experience was easy and efficient, it's a no brainer! The convenience of having a zoom visit over and in house visit is critical for me as I am disabled. We got the prescription we needed quickly and my dog is doing great. The doctor was very kind and undersatanging.

This is a great system with great…
This is a great system with great doctors! It’s perfect for our blind elderly dog who hates to leave the house!

Excellent Care!
Dr. Lewis was awesome! We were able to be seen on a Sunday. We received detailed information about the treatment plan that she laid out for Gus and next steps if his issue did not resolve. I'm very happy with our visit!
