We feel so incredibly fortunate and relieved to have been connected to Dr.Serafin through Dutch! Dr.Serafin was kind, thorough and listened patiently to all of our concerns, she answered all of our questions and addressed and advised us on aspects of the cat's condition and treatment that we hadn't even known to ask about! I feel we got a comprehensive exam through her observations that was much easier on both us and the semi feral cat that recently had kittens in our yard than an office visit would have been-had we been able to get her in at all !Thank you for providing this service and allowing us to access top notch care for our clinic visit resistant friends!

I had a great experience, except I received a text today that 1 of the prescriptions she recommended I could not buy as it was other Gorgeous' name. I have another cat Hallow and need the flea medication for him.

I expected the experience to be subpar due to low cost and ease of getting an appointment. But it was great-the vet was great. Listened to the issue, I didn’t feel rushed, he explained the plan thoroughly. Highly recommend him. Impressed enough I immediately recommended Dutch to friends.

She was very informative and helpful. Gave me some things I could do for my pet to reduce his fever while I wait for his medicine as well as preventative care to help make sure it does not happen again. Was caring and compassionate and knew her stuff.

Dr. Rowland was polite, professional and had genuine empathy for my cat, Luigi. The call was prompt, fast and a treatment plan was explained during the call.

My experience was great! My dog, Feyre, was feeling not so great for the past few days. I have tried taking her to local vet’s offices THREE times, where they all refused to conduct the appointment because of how scared she was. The in office vets tried taking her away from me, which sent Feyre into a panic! My friend referred me to Dutch, which is where I met this amazing vet! She listened to what I had to say before even looking at Feyre. Most vets don’t like to listen to what you have to say or what you think is wrong. The vet was able to diagnose and treat Feyre without us having to leave our home a 4th time! Honestly, I wish I would have known this was an option a long time ago! I will be sure to refer all my pet parents!
