I have had two fantastic experiences with vet Telehealth appointments with Dutch for my cat. The vets both times were great. I am so thankful for this service as my cat is beyond stressed going to a vet office. Dutch vets have prescribed her a flea medication which has worked better than the others we have tried as she suffers from flea dermatitis and really needs to be using rx topicals. They also have prescribed her a medication to use before any in office vet visits if she were to need it. The appointments have been easy to schedule and quick.

The vet I saw helped me so much with making the hard decision I had to make to help my dog. It was her time to go and I didn’t want to but I knew it was for the best and she needed the help to transition. I needed to hear from professional though first. She also told me about different resources that could help. She saw my toddler running around while I was sitting with my dog. Told me to take it easy and it’s okay. Told me I was doing a great job. She was so empathetic. I thank you so much. If it wasn’t for you confirming what I knew I don’t know if I could’ve made the decision. Thank you for listening to my cry.

My husband and I could not be more impressed with Dutch! This visit was top-notch! The veterinarian went above and beyond taking care of our senior dog chopper. She was punctual, caring, knowledgeable, and took care of business! We love Dutch!!

I have an elderly dog with a lot of health conditions, and two more cats who are fortunately in better health. I have an in-person health care plan that has unlimited visits, but it’s really difficult to take time off work and haul her to the vet when a physical exam isn’t needed. The other animals don’t get as much attention either because the sickest animal is always the priority, so little things get ignored all the time. It’s absolutely wonderful to have a telemedicine resource that can prescribe meds. Most of the vets that I’ve spoken to have been awesome. The pharmacy is honestly pretty slow, and I have to frequently price check them, but they can call prescriptions in to a local pharmacy pretty quickly when it’s urgent (like antibiotics). They also price match when a competitor is cheaper. Overall I’m grateful for the resource and it’s a great value.

The veterinarian we were assigned to had such a pleasant disposition. She is a true veterinarian and I appreciated so much all the information she warmly and eagerly provided to me on her own accord. She went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving every discount offered by Dutch with my new membership, especially the Bravecto we were in need of.

Dr. Afraz was amazing. This was our very first appointment with Dutch and she was very kind, patient and empathetic. My husband and i were very impressed with the ease of seeing a vet in this virtual manner.
