Dr. Angela Smith was lovely. Very caring and genuine. Took the time to ask questions and give advice. Definitely recommend! My pup is very afraid of the normal vet and always needs to be sedated so it is nice to have this as another option when it is something that can be treated at home. Appreciate the app and the vets!

It was fairly easy to get a consult with a vet. I was able to pick a time that was easiest for me. Dr McConnell was attentive to our needs and I felt confident in her treatment plan.

The vet really listened to what I had to say. She seemed concerned and even though my dog seemed to be getting better she didn't want to risk it and kept her on some more meds. The entire experience was very pleasant and I felt confident with the doctors recommendation.

Dr. Driscoll was very knowledgeable about my breed of dog. Understood the difficulty of applying salve or spray for skin infection. Dr. Driscoll had read through all of the case notes and was familiar with the problem from the beginning of the call. Looked at the antibiotic that a former vet had prescribed. She prescribed a stronger medication and described what we should expect as the skin infection healed. Wanted us to try and give our dog a bath with shampoo she prescribed. Also gave us some anxiety medication that might help us give the dog a shampoo. She also gave us contact information if we have questions/problems. If there was a 6-star rating, she would deserve it.

Our doctor was excellent. She was knowledgeable, precise, and took the time to enlighten us with treatment options. We’re quite comfortable with her treatment plan for our Tortie cat and look forward to working together in the future.
