This was my first time signing up with an online vet - I was hesitant and skeptical, but my baby boy was having trouble urinating. He would pee frequently and in small amounts and yowl a lot. There was no blockage, so I suspected a uti. I setup a call with them and Dr Allison Moore explained to me that it was most likely from stress - and immediately prescribed various medications to treat him asap. I was able to pick them up from my local pharmacy instead of waiting for shipping. She messaged me the next day asking about him and answered all my questions and concerns. Honestly, she is the best vet I have ever come across in my life - I very highly recommend Dutch.com and Dr Allison Moore! Thank you!

I’ve been using Dutch for about a year. They are the best, and I don’t have to load up my pet and drive to the vet and wait endlessly. The vets are amazing, and much less priced than vets visits. Prescriptions are high quality, priced right, and delivered promptly

So far my experience has been wonderful. Customer service took care of something for me right away. Then I had my first appointment thru message and pics I sent my choice. A video appt. was requested to gain further info on my pet from Vet Dr. Gonzalez. He anwsered questions about my upcoming appt. promptly and politely on messaging on website. Dr. Gonzalez was so nice and professional on video appt. He was caring and anwsered all my concerns and will follow up in 2/3 weeks. Im going to stick wirh suggested treatment plan.

My old vet I have been taking my three doggos since birth now 3.5 some how has no record of one of three ever being seen turning a $300 med run in to a whole damn $500 outing...SWITCHED so fast and am so pleased me being a techtard and new with Dutch was some how able to schedule 2 of 3 visits and could not figure out the third the vet Jessica Johnson went above and beyond her call and helped me figure out and complete my third dog visit with no hassle at all...AWESOME SAUCE 🥰
