The vet was excellent
The vet was excellent. Your system stinks, however, as we cannot login to get the medication prescribed. No help is available after hours.

The vet was very knowledgeable about…
The vet was very knowledgeable about frenchies. Within a minute of seeing him, he diagnosed him, sent his prescriptions and followed up with me. He also recommended a procedure that couldn't be done on zoom.

I live in a rural area so getting to…
I live in a rural area so getting to the vet for some issues that are not an emergency but still require a vet or prescription it is nice to have an option. The vet we have dealt with has been very good. We appreciate all of the help and recommendations that were made. I feel like our dogs bad skin issues will be improved by the prescribed medications. The only issue I've had is tracking on prescription meds not coming until after I got the meds and slower shipping than I'd like for some medications (antibiotics). I'm hoping that was just a one off thing and that isn't the normal shipping time frame. I have had 3 virtual appointments with 2 of our dogs so far and I'm happy with the service so far. Vet & customer service get 5 stars, shipping is 4 stars.
