I jumped through all the very confusing hoops to get prescriptions for my dogs' flea and tick meds, was told the Rxs were approved, paid OVER $900 for the medication and then nothing... No shipping information, no delivery confirmation, definitely no medication. The last I heard from them the only box of Simparica they had on hand was about to expire so they couldn't send it. I was told they would issue a refund and send the Rx to another pharmacy. None of that has happened.

Total BS company. They have no availability on RX vet appointments yet they advertise to have them at any time for any problem. You can have a non RX vet appointment sure. But what is the point of that? Don't waste your money.

I honestly wish we didn't have to leave 1 star. Dutch is borderline communist, they only can prescribe medications in certain states. They do NOT tell you this when you are signing up. They are not licensed in every state. I am in Michigan, out $35 because I was tricked into thinking they could help. Please be careful, if you are in my state you are paying for advice. They can not prescribe medications.

Although the two vets we talked to are nice and competent, the experience with medication shipment haas being dismal 1) after 10 days still no sign of the meds and no way to get an update on the med location - it says the address was incorrect 2) good luck contacting Dutch - no phone customer service in order to cut cost basically you are on your own i could not recommend to use their prescription delivery service

Bait and Switch. Don't do it. edit May 14 .. And now to have nested bait/switches, it's amazing. Never seen the bait and switch used recursively. 1. Bait/switch on getting Rx 2. Bait/switch on getting publicized discounts 3. Bait/switch on purchasing product and switching to a subscription 4. Bait/switch on getting service to fix this. The faux message below from dutch resulted in zero. We're two days from getting a prescription, and still no Rx hs been shipped. I'm out $370.

What a nightmare dealing with this company has been. I have been trying to cancel my service for over 6 MONTHS!!! No respond and no help over email either. No customer service to help. They are telling me I registered with an email that their website is telling me does not exist in their system! Also, they charge TWICE each month!!! I don’t even know what to do anymore. I am looking into taking legal action because what they are doing is illegal at this point!! Please stay away!!

I got charged in full with Dutch and also after pay is charging me for payments equaling the full amount so I will be paying two times for the service. I contacted both companies and told them at this point I just wanted to cancel the whole service completely. Both companies are giving me the runaround. Dutch will not even respond to my request and only send response emails saying I need to set up a vet call. I told them within minutes of my purchase that I just wanted to cancel the service. No one will even acknowledge my request to cancel. There is no customer service phone number. This is a nightmare! Unless you are fully prepared to have no possible contact with a human being.. do not use the service!

Dutch was extremely misleading when I signed up. Everything reads like you will be able to get a prescription for your pet but when booking an appointment it says to click to confirm that a prescription can not be prescribed for your pet. Waste of $35. Do not sign up based on the misleading information. To make matters worse there is nowhere to message the company on their website to ask for a refund based on the misleading information.
