It’s such a relief to have found these online services—Kasper doesn’t do well at the vet, and every visit had become a stressful and risky experience for all of us. Used Dutch for the first time. Service was easy to use. Our call with the Vet was on time, professional and she suggested a couple of treatment options that were explained to us very well. Doctor gave us as much time as we needed. Very positive experience.

I had such a great experience. The vet was so understanding and helpful to my dogs needs. She really provided me with all the adequate information that I needed to take care of my baby girl Coco and get her feeling better!

Edited to add: Totally understand the estimates of ship times and customer service offered a refund on the medication because of the time sensitive nature of my needs. I am very happy with Dutch’s services and will continue to use the membership! 5 stars Experience was good but don’t trust shipping times, I placed an order with an expected shipping time that increased by 4 days 2 hours after payment. I understand the flux nature of estimate shipping times but you should have a reasonable estimate at the time of purchase so people can make informed purchases. I tried to change to expedited shipping after order and was told I could not. We all know many things can be done if someone takes that extra step to do the right thing so I will update if they come through and help me out based on their error. It is a convenient service and affordable, the time crunch aspect of shipping won’t be a big issue to most! In that regards, 5 stars
