Dutch has become a better-than-expected partner in my pet healthcare. Our local vets are not very welcoming, unlike where I used to live, and Dutch allows me to feel less unsure. Very attentive & knowledgeable during calls, very obviously skilled listeners, and the pharmacy service is swift.

This alternative to in-person Veterinary care is a perfect fit for our cat family! Our kitty Barkley is a very nervous patient and having the opportunity to have a video visit to help with his care was a Godsend. Dr. Grijalva was outstanding and provided professional and caring treatment. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would!

The vet was very helpful in listening to the circumstances and all the details of the cat's illness. She helped me to understand what to do. And the plan to help my cat get better. I have not had that help with a vet that I took her in an office to be seen.

I have a 104 lb labrador. He's not overweight...he's just big. He also has a chronic hip issue and chronic issues with his ears. Prior to Dutch, I would have to take him to the vet to get his medication filled which, when you only have one car, and, when your dog weighs over 100 pounds, can be both a time consuming and physically demanding proposition. With Dutch, now I can get the prescription medication without having to subject both him and myself to the time and physicality of a vet visit. The medication he takes is one which he has been taking, proper safeguards are followed, and he can safely get a prescription refill without having a trip to the vet. Also, if there is an issue that can be described without a vet visit, then that can be accomplished as well. Since this is a tele-visit, the vet can still see the dog and if there is something that he needs to see, usually it can be seen with the phone camera. Although an occasional vet visit may be necessary, with Dutch those visits can be kept to a minimum. Highly recommend this service.

The doctor was very kind and listened to our concerns. She was able to quickly diagnosis and send the information for the needed treatment plan. It saved our dog the stress of a car ride and busy vet office visit. We were able to be seen within a few hours instead of making us wait a few days for an in-person visit. Thank you!

Grateful for this service Dr. Kordis was absolutely fantastic. She walked me through her thought process in terms of what's going on with my dog and how best to treat her. Super knowledgeable, kind, and thorough!! This is really a great service.
