Very friendly and understanding that it was my first pop at online cre. She was excellent. Diagnosed an upper respiratory issue and prescribed meds. Sad that if I had any questions to not hesitate to contact her. Very pleased.

I have an old dog that does not like the car or going to the vet. She has a basic UTI and so I decided to try this. It was super smooth and simple. The vet seemed genuinely interested and invested for our short visit. I would highly recommend this for things that don't require you to be in person.

The call happened exactly on time and the doctor was able to prescribe medication for my dog who is on crate rest due to a recent new surgery. She was also very personable and friendly.
