I can’t say enough about how great this process was. Dr. Urban was thorough in her assessment of my cat and discussed a variety of things with me. Scheduling was so easy, and the visit was stress free for me and my cat. I had been worrying about getting prescription refills for him and this took care of it in under 10 minutes. The year subscription is less than the cost of a single vet visit (for me) and I can add up to 5 pets! I am so happy I found Dutch.

My experience started off rocky. The day before my appointment, I had two no-shows from the same vet—one at 10:40 am and another at 3:40 pm. I double-checked all the apps, confirmed with customer service that I was set up correctly, and still nothing. It was frustrating and I began to question whether I had wasted $87 for the year, especially with four dogs to care for. (I found out later the vet was in a car accident.) But I decided to give the service one more chance. I booked another appointment for 11:40, and this time I met Dr. Chestnut. She greeted me warmly, was professional and caring, and asked thoughtful questions about my Yorkie Sophie’s irritated skin. Within about 10 minutes, she had a clear treatment plan ready, and the medications were already ordered and on the way. As a lifelong pet owner with four dogs, this gave me real peace of mind. Dr. Chestnut clearly loves what she does, and I could feel her dedication to helping. After a rough start, I’m glad I stayed with the service—it just makes sense.

Saving a ton of money vs my local vets who became money hungry and started charging 4x what they used to, and also requiring unnecessary and frequent test, x-rays. Dr Hall was very kind and helpful! I'd always pick her.

My vet did an appointment at 10:10 PM. I didn't have to leave my house or take my dog anywhere. It was a routine appointment, not emergent. To be able to get this done outside work hours, from the comfort of my own home was such a timesaver. My vet was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. She solved the issue (ran out of flea medication) and provided treatment options by Zoom.

Quick , easy , affordable! Any one who owns a pet should use this service. The doctors they employ are far more qualified/ experienced than my local vet doc.
