It was easy. Zoom worked great. Vet was on time so I wasn't left wondering if the contact was functioning properly. The content of the visit was efficient and clear. She understood my pet's needs and addressed them appropriately. Thankful for her assistance without leaving my home as my old girl does not like car travel.

Absolutely love the services Dutch provides. You can make appts for weekends, late night, early mornings! Very convenient way to get your pup fast treatment and get them feeling better!

Gotta admit, I was close to joining at several points but .. backed off, and researched more each time. Eventually the positives prevailed against any negative. I still questioned if it was scammy or just one more useless offering once joined. Results: Took the leap. Super smooth experience to get signed up and connected. The doctor was punctual. The connection and clarity was excellent. My dog Zeus joined us in the meeting. The doctor was extremely patient and listened to all I had to say before responding with his thoughts. And he seemed well educated in his profession. Conclusion: Made the right choice, also bought the pet insurance for $10 per month which give me amazing peace of mind should anything expensive happen. It covers up to $10,000. and has a 10% deductible. THAT... I can handle. I would say... Opt in. It's a very good company.

This is an awesome service, it's so nice to be able to communicate with a vet, have an actual discussion about options etc. I got to spend more time talking with her than I would have in person at my local vet's office. I appreciate that she was very knowledgeable and she seemed to be more up to date on some research than my local vet's office. So much more cost effective and the convenience of doing in my own home is great!

Doctor Gonzales was more helpful than the other male vet I spoke with she was accommodating and caring and I really appreciated her working with me to come up with mindful considerate solution.

I have used Dutch virtual Vet Services twice now in the past year for my two dogs. Both appointments have been super easy to make and extremely quick, caring appointments that don't pressure you to buy more things or come back for another visit like I have found in person that visits to be. I can't imagine paying a vet fee every time for a very simple question or answer when I need something my dogs. You can also message them with follow-up questions at any time. It's so efficient and hassle free to get the Pet Care you need! I recommend Dutch to all pet parents!
