So far my experience with Dutch has been nothing short of amazing. I love the convenience of not always having to leave my house to see a vet. The appointments are easy to make with a plethora of days and times to chose from. I’ve probably made about 10-12 calls and out of those calls I’ve only had one vet who I didn’t clique with; but everyone isn’t for everyone. **Update to my previous Rating** Dutch personally reached out to me and apologized for all, yes all, every single one of my unhappy mentions in my previous rating. They worked with me, to ensure I was happy with their resolutions to the mishap and my unhappiness to make things a win-win situation for both of us. I'm Forever Grateful for the personal time they spent with me, Christopher L. especially. He took a lot of time to go through my account and fix the situations and resolve them to both of our satisfactions. The initial emergency vet visit, the "Veterinarian" himself, on the video, with my dog and his personal performance afterwards following up "himself" was beyond exceptional and above perfection. To be quick, I followed their vets direction, took my dog to an emergency vet since that was in Bullet's "Best Interest" for care. After my visit the vet followed up twice, just to see how Bullet was, I sent him updates including the sad news of having to put Bullet down. This made their vet, very sorry, wishing he could have done more, very sorry he couldn't and sorry for my loss. Thank You so much to your team for working with me, I'm Forever Grateful and I'll give my suggestion to those who need assistance in Emergency Situations.

I was hesitant to try Dutch but after my dog started whining and was unable to sleep I needed an appointment with a vet as soon as possible without going to the emergency vet. I’m so excited Dr. Calhoun was able to provide with medication and a treatment plan for my babies.
