If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled my entire day around the vet appointment. Vet never showed up on the zoom. Wasted a bunch of my time and wasn't able to get what I needed for my dog. I texted their care number, emailed, and tried a customer service chat. No reply from anyone on any of those.

SCAM site
I placed an order 5 days ago and it has not been shipped yet. Not even an e-mail. My cat is sick and no medicine.

Charged for unauthorized order
The veterinarian I accessed through Dutch.com was wonderful but the Rx management, ordering technology and customer service were incompetent bordering on fraudulent. After three messages to customer service to enable a prescribed refill, they went ahead and set up a recurring subscription without my permission, charged me an outrageous price, and shipped the supposed “order” without my authorization.

Inconvenient Customer Support and Poorly Designed Platform
I had been using this service for the past six weeks in order to save on the cost of vet fees and medications for two of my five dogs who have chronic heart and kidney disease. The vets have been great. Customer service reps have been pleasant. The platform algorithms for Customer service and ordering meds are a failure by design unless you order directly from them and do not mind receiving them in 4 -7 days. They also want you to set up auto delivery which may be convenient but could result in purchases you no longer need. Chewy has the same system but is much more user friendly. Also Chewy has great telephone Customer Service. For two consecutive weekends I have had problems. I attempted on Wednesday 11/27 to arrange for a virtual vet visit. First available appt was on Thursday at 2:50pm ET. Vet prescribed three Rx ‘s and recommended I start them ASAP. I immediately attempted to order them with expedited delivery as well as to transfer a Rx for reduced protein dry food to the Banfield vet near me. I called Banfield and got all the information needed for them to transfer the prescription and sent it to Dutch. The problem is that Dutch has minimal customer service available between Friday noon PT AND MONDAY NOON PT. I attempted to follow the directions on the website for expediting the delivery of the medication’s and transfer of the prescription to Banfield. I read their Help menus and tried to follow their directions without success. The platform does not distinguish clearly the difference between vet prescribed orders, available orders, auto ship and your order cart . Faulty algorithms make the app very user unfriendly and difficult to navigate. Consequently, I eventually was told I would not receive the medication‘s or the transfer of the prescription for food until Monday, four days after my visit with the Vet.

More problems….
Someone from the company read this review and called me on December 2. She apologized and it was my understanding that she agreed to refund the $93.14 I paid for the Rx’s.. Instead she refunded the $39.99 , the amount for the Rx food that another person at Dutch told me they were able to cancel the order two days prior. I then received a notice that the food order was being prepped for shipping! It arrived two days after my dog passed away. In summary, I have paid $93.14 for the medication’s that came too late to help my dog and I have $40 worth of free food I cannot use. Yesterday I sent messages and emails and have had no response on either. As of today, December 4, I have not received a refund for the three prescriptions I ordered that she promised. My dog had been suffering all weekend without the Rx’s. If I had received them in a more timely manner, it would have at least delayed the necessity for euthanasia. I was just hoping to keep him around until Christmas.
Incompetent, inconvenient and insufficient customer support led to these problems as well as a poorly designed web platform.

worst experience my husband I ever had…
worst experience my husband I ever had with trying to support our pet with an online service. We ordered revolution the first time and they stated it was at our home, but we never received it. So they had to refund our money and we had to get the revolution somewhere else. The second time we thought we give them another chance and the same thing ordered medication had it expedited and it still hadn’t come to our home. My husband and I went back-and-forth with Customer Service, which is a joke. We have to report them to the Better Business Bureau and we have to follow up to make sure we get our $86 back.

Worst Company Ever
One of the worst experiences ever. Signed up and did the vet no problem. Ordered the meds and they said it should ship in 1-2 business days. 4 business days later and it has yet to ship. Customer service is useless and aren't helpful. They never respond. Booked a phone call and they never even called me back. Def don't recommend. Literally one of the worst experiences and I'm still waiting on my meds that have yet to ship. Don't even know what I'm paying for at this point.

Complete scam with zero customer support. I have wasted hours.
Buyer beware. Signed up for a 2 year plan because the site simultaneously advertised 34% off all plan types, and 40% off (up to $40) first medication order. The membership explicitly said "pay $5.36/mo for 24 months, billed at $128.70 today".
As soon as I signed up and paid the $128.70, the 40% off offer completely disappeared from the medication I had in my cart and would no longer apply. Furthermore, the site advertised 25% off subsequent medication orders, but as soon as I subscribed, the benefit changed to 20% off. Finally, and the worst part, the site only granted me a 1 year subscription, meaning I paid $128.70 for 12 months instead of the advertised 24 months! It said I would be rebilled at full price ($195 after 1 year)... the false and deceptive advertising was so egregious it was hard to believe.
I spent about an hour putting together an email with screen shots of everything and asked for a refund, just a simple refund and I'd be on my way. The next business day I received an impersonal email stating Dutch would like to schedule a call with me. Instead of a simple response saying they would refund me, I'd have to use MORE time and energy to talk to someone... why??
I made a phone appointment, the time came and went... NO CALL. I emailed, called, texted, left a chat message. Finally, someone called. They could barely communicate with me due to a language barrier, fine. The really bad part is that they hadn't even READ my email. They asked me to explain the situation to them. Are you kidding me?? I told them to please read the email while I was on the phone waiting.
They then said they didn't have the authority to issue a refund and would have to escalate. WHY WASTE MY TIME WITH A PHONE CALL when you are only going to connect me with someone who hasn't even read my email, and who can't do anything about it??? Now I have been on hold for almost half an hour waiting for them to get back to me on whether they can do anything about refunding me.
This is after already having an hour in figuring out I've been duped by the website and false/deceptive advertising, another hour putting together the email, and now another hour between waiting for a phone call and being put on hold... Still no results.
I advise you to not be lured in by all the fancy advertising and offers of this website. I am so regretful. What this company is doing is completely disrespectful and criminal.

Don’t expect meds to arrive quickly without spending more on shipping than the meds themselves…..
Paid for an annual membership, and met with a vet via Zoom. Vet advised he would prescribe 2 medications for my very sick cat. He also stated that my cat could potentially be fine in one to two weeks, and that if not, I’d have to take him to an emergency vet.
When I went to fill the prescriptions on Dutch, the first estimated arrival date of the meds was 2 weeks from our visit. Otherwise, to expedite to 5 days, I’d need to pay $30.00 shipping. What sick animal can wait for 2 weeks for medication? And $30.00 for shipping!?!? NO ONE charges that much for a small package in 5 days.
I reached out via email to their “care” team to find out what to do, none of the local pharmacies (including Costco) had the medications they prescribed. I was referred to a few online pharmacies and was able to find one for half the price with free shipping for 1-3 day delivery.
I was advised by the Dutch customer service representative that they would expedite transfer of the med to 24-hours. It has now been over 24-hours, and the online pharmacy has reached out to tell me they have been unable to contact anyone with Dutch to send the meds. Meanwhile, I forwarded everything to the representative at Dutch to try and make it easier, and now I’m essentially getting “it’ll get done as quickly as possible” when yesterday the same rep said it’d be done within 24-hours.
I wouldn’t recommend this service at all. It’s too much money for nothing that will help you quickly. In addition, now I’m getting conflicting information across the board with the same blanket statements about transferring to a local pharmacy like Costco when my initial issue was that no local pharmacies carry these meds. I even asked the doctor if he could prescribe something different…….crickets.
Take your pet to an actual veterinarian. It’ll cost less in the long run and you’ll get what you need much faster. It doesn’t matter if the Zoom vet is awesome. If they can’t do anything to help, what’s the point?
