The doctor listened to my cats ailments and was able to discern that he had an URI. I should mention my cat is very scared to be touched and getting him in a carrier is almost impossible. Without having to leave my home he was diagnosed and had meds sent overnight. It's been four days and he's already feeling much better.

Always get great insight with treatment and expectations. Very open to questions and concerns. Great to have a Veterinarian to ease my doggy mommas heart. Funny how our babies always have troubles during non business hours.

The vet I talked to was very pleasant and truly seemed to care about my pet and my concerns. She responded quickly with a follow up text. I like the fact I can get an appointment rather quickly without stressing my cats out by having to take them in the car unless absolutely necessary.

Loved that it was so easy and quick to get a vet to see Lily. Our animal hospital clinic is down a few vets so it was hard to get in. This is a great way to have vet access when we cant get into out vet.

The vet is very caring and very helpful. Thank you so much. We had to end up going to an emergency vet, but we’re very glad we did.

Dr. Fernandez is very attentive and really cares about my pets needs. She is also detailed and makes questions which shows how she really is trying to understand what you and your furry baby may need. She’s currently helping us through this issue and I look forward to receiving the meds she prescribed (which also weren’t too expensive thanks to being subscribed to Dutch!)
